DO YOU SHIP THE BEDS DOOR TO DOOR ?

Yes. You will get the bed to your front door.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCEEDED ?

Most orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the payment date and shipped the next day after the processing day. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER ?

Most of our products are shipped from warehouses in the USA, and delivery typically takes 3-9 business days. If an item is shipped from China or has a longer delivery time for any reason, we will specify this on the product page. For large and heavy items shipped from warehouses in China, delivery usually takes 1-3 months.

DOES PRODUCT PRICE INCLUDE INSURANCE FEE AND TAXES ?

In case you bought a bed - Yes. You will not be charged for taxes or insurance of delivery. However, We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

For other products usually taxes or insurance are included, but not garunteed, depanding on the state rules.
